The Excellence in Prevention page is a resource for Washington state prevention providers and partners to:
- obtain detailed information on programs and strategies that aim to prevent substance use disorder, promote mental health, and/or prevent suicide, and
- access tools to aid the selection and implementation of evidence-informed, culturally responsive prevention programs and strategies.
Please note that much of the information provided on individual programs and strategies is extrapolated from several sources, including registries of evidence-based programs such as Blueprints for Healthy Youth Development, program websites, and program developers/owners.
