In today’s demanding work environment it can be difficult to find time to get the training you need. We developed the OWL E-Learning with you in mind. Continuing education hour certificate will be offered for all completed courses.

New users
Please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Ensure you have an Athena Forum user account. You can register for an Athena Forum user account here.
- Step 2: Once your Athena Forum user account has been approved, e-mail DBHRAthenaTeam@hca.wa.gov your Athena account username and e-mail address. You will receive an e-mail back from the Athena team with further instructions within 2-3 business days.
Returning users
Click here to access OWL E-Learning online courses. Use your Secure Access Washington (SAW) credentials to log-in. Note: Courses work best in Google Chrome internet browser.
