The Drug Enforcement Administration’s (DEA) National Prescription Drug Take Back Campaign is underway and we created this digital social media campaign to encourage the use of social media to help us spread the word about the upcoming Take Back Day, on April 30th, from 10:00 a.m..-2:00 p.m, local time.

On Tuesday, April 12, Washington State Attorney General Bob Ferguson announced that JUUL must pay $22.5 million to resolve Ferguson’s lawsuit against the e-cigarette company. The lawsuit asserts that JUUL violated the law when it designed and marketed its products to appeal to underage consumers and deceived consumers about the addictiveness of its product.

In consideration of the time and effort spent learning Minerva 2.0, the need to begin to close out state fiscal year 2022 data entry and invoicing, and after making adjustments to any downline impacts to evaluation efforts, HCA has decided not to complete the 2022 CPWI Progress Tool.  The next round will be completed, per the usual schedule, in the spring of 2023. 

Registration has been extended and will now close on Monday, April 18.
