This free, online program provides tailored information designed to promote reflection on feelings, learn coping strategies, and improve health and well-being. It is anonymous and can be accessed 24/7 from any device with an internet browser. There are no costs to you or anyone who accesses the program, as the program is sponsored by the Washington State Health Care Authority.

Last year, a record 13,761 students in Washington received the eCHECKUP TO GO interactive web program with the generous support of the Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DBHR). This program helps prevent alcohol misuse in college and university students through personalized feedback on their drinking patterns and norming with others using the program.
