Coalition Leadership Institute
The 2026 Coalition Leadership Institute will be held in-person in Evans Event Hall at Evergreen State College from June 22 through June 24.
Event Overview
The 2026 Coalition Leadership Institute (CLI) is June 22-24. This year’s event will be held in-person at Evergreen State College, with a hybrid option available exclusively for Day 1. The event will be a continuation of the 2026 CPWI strategic planning training plan. Content will focus on how to conduct a resource assessment and gap analysis, developing a logic model and building capacity to select evidence-based programs that meet the needs of a community.
Day 1 will have a hybrid option due to anticipating a light agenda of content and to provide ample time for travel. Hybrid will not be offered for Day 2 or 3; it is required to attend Day 2 and 3 in-person.
Attendance at the full event is required for CPWI Coalition Coordinators. Only Day 1 is required for Educational Service Districts attending on behalf of Task Order 2, school-based services.
- When: Monday, June 22 through Wednesday, June 24, 2026
- Where: In-person – Evergreen State College, Evans Hall – 2700 Evergreen Pkwy NW, Olympia, WA 98505. A virtual (hybrid) option is available for Day 1.
Registration
- Register for Day One. Day One includes a hybrid option and registration is available now, with a deadline of June 5, 2026.
- Register for Days Two and Three, provided by University of Washington (UW). Please ensure you select both days Two and Three when registering, unless you have a special accommodation arranged with your HCA Prevention Manager.

Day Two and Three Agenda
You may now access agendas for Days 2 and 3, provided by the University of Washington. Please bring (or have a copy saved on your laptop) your 2024 Data Book to support the content held for these days. Both days are required for CPWI Coordinators and will focus on CPWI Strategic Planning.

- We will not be holding lodging blocks for hotels in the area, please plan accordingly and reach out to your Prevention System Manager with any questions.
- HCA will provide a morning and evening beverage service on day 2 and 3 but lunch will be on your own each day.
