IN PERSON SAPST: SPF Application for Prevention Success Training: Grounded in current research and SAMHSA's Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF), this training will provide foundational knowledge and skills necessary to understand and implement effective, data-driven prevention interventions that improve outcomes. This training is foundational to all substance use prevention work in WA State and around the Nation.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:If you are applying for your CPP ever, this training is for you! If you are leadership from a coalition or need more base knowledge to be more effective in your coalition, this training is for you! If you are a coordinator or SAP for CPWI, DFC, or YCCTPP, need to work on or understand your strategic plan fully, this training sets you up for success!! This training is not just for those who work in substance use prevention, this training can be applied to a wide variety of prevention topics, including but not limited to traffic safety, domestic or sexual abuse and public health.
