Is your school registered for the 2020 Healthy Youth Survey?

Anyone can check the status of a school to see if they have registered for the 2020 Healthy Youth Survey.

• Go to askhys.net/Registration/Status
  • Click on 2020 Survey Process
    • Select School Status in the drop-down menu; scroll down to find a district

If your school still needs to register go to askhys.net.

•  Log in using your EDS credentials
  • Click on 2020 Survey Process
    • Select Register a School in the drop-down menu and follow the prompts.

• If you do not have access to the Ask HYS tool in EDS, follow the directions here to obtain it.

The survey will be administered in October of 2020 but registration closes on June 30^th.

If unforeseeable events prevent the survey from being administered in October of 2020, it will be administered in the Fall of 2021.
