WTSC offers $500 for high school efforts to reduce impaired driving

The Washington Traffic Safety Commission is coordinating a project to provide $500 stipend to high school groups who are willing to  take some steps to raise awareness about the harmful consequences of underage drinking.

The grant application explains the project. It is funded by State Farm Insurance.
