Washington State Commercial Tobacco Quitline RFA

Washington State Department of Health is pleased to announce a Request for Funding Applications (RFA) for the Washington State Commercial Tobacco Quitline. See attached documents for the application and additional appendices. 

DOH anticipates funding one organization through a mix of state and federal funds. The amount of funding available is listed in the application. 

The contract has an anticipated start date of April 29, 2023, with a 2-year period performance through April 28, 2025. It may be renewable through April 28, 2030, pending continuance of funding.

Please note, the deadline to express intent to apply is December 12, 2022, at 5:00 pm PST. The final application deadline is January 13, 2023, at 2:00 pm PST.
