Hosted by CADCA, this webinar will discuss the issues related to hemp legalization, including the proliferation and marketing to children of semi-synthetic cannabinoids with effects similar to delta-9 THC. The webinar will discuss why regulating these products does not work and will provide an update on advocacy efforts to change the definition of hemp in the Farm Bill to exclude these products.
