We've heard that other coalitions have successfully "split" their monthly coalition meeting into two timeslots to accommodate for the different schedules of parents, service providers, etc. I would love to hear thoughts from anyone who has tried or succeeded at this. Particularly, how do you manage decision-making in that structure?
We learned about creating objective focused agendas during our recent Strategic Planning Training on 5/23.
Our coalition is working toward implementing this strategy and would love examples from anyone willing to share who has successfully created and implemented these types of agendas, especially in a Zoom or hybrid environment. :-)
