We learned about creating objective focused agendas during our recent Strategic Planning Training on 5/23.
Our coalition is working toward implementing this strategy and would love examples from anyone willing to share who has successfully created and implemented these types of agendas, especially in a Zoom or hybrid environment. :-)

Our Coalition revised our agenda in September 2024, and it seems to have generated more interest in the meetings. It's a simpler format than the previous agenda, which had traditional wording such as "old business, new business," etc., and we added a little bit of color to it so it stands out when posted it online.
