Surveys in Minerva 2.0
Surveys are now available to all active end-users in Minerva 2.0. End-users may begin entering previously collected survey data. If end-users have questions about whether survey data entry is a requirement for their programs, they should speak with their HCA Prevention System Manager (PSM). End-users will access the surveys through the cohorts based on the intervening variables and local conditions selected within the Logic Models. All activity associated with surveys will occur within the Plan Channel.
Training on this functionality will be provided during upcoming Minerva TA calls and in future trainings. Two trainings specific to surveys have been scheduled on July 13th from 1-3PM and July 20th from 9-11AM. Please visit the Athena Forum Training Calendar for more details on these training opportunities. The PSMs that you work with are presently being trained on the functionality of the surveys in the new system. We are also working through updating the Survey Selection Guide. Please note that the survey options available in Minerva 2.0 differ from those included in the current Survey Selection Guide. Thank you for your patience while DBHR updates this document.
