Spring youth mental health first aid training opportunities for CPWI coordinators

Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA), in partnership with Cascade Community Healthcare, will be providing three, FREE youth mental health first aid trainings this spring for Community Prevention and Wellness Initiative (CPWI) coordinators and community members!

The first training will be held on April 28, 2023, in hybrid format in Centralia, WA, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m rescheduled, date TBD. Each training is limited to 20 participants, so don’t wait to register! In order to receive full credit, each participant must register via Eventbrite and complete the online modules before the April 28 training. Each participant must provide a unique email address in order to receive access to the modules; groups cannot register under one email. Please see the attached flyer for registration information.

The other two youth mental health first aid trainings will take place on Friday, May 26, in Grant County, WA, and Friday, June 30, in Spokane, WA. Registration information will be updated the month of the training on Athena Forum.
