Rural Prevention Conference

The Rural Network, a group of volunteers and leaders across Washington state who work towards building resiliency and preventing youth substance misuse in rural communities, is hosting its second Rural Prevention Conference on September 25-26 at the Yakima Convention Center!

The Rural Network welcomes anyone currently doing this type of work and volunteerism in your rural communities, as well as those who may be interested in joining the Rural Network to support this important work in their own local, rural areas. Many great speakers will talk about the unique challenges of working in a rural or frontier community. There will be lots of opportunities for interacting and learning from one another as well.

The conference is $85. Please email Abigail Wells, if you are in need of a conference fee scholarship in order to attend.
