OWL E-Learning unavailable starting October 22

OWL E-Learning utilizes the state of Washington's online learning system for state employees. The state is transitioning to a new system for online learning. There will be a blackout period starting from 5 p.m. on October 22. OWL E-Learning will be available again, but may be delayed until early 2021. Please check back to this webpage for updates.

That means you will not be able to access any OWL E-Learning courses during the black out period. If this interferes with any contract deliverables, please let your contact at HCA know as soon as possible. You should also save and print your course transcript for OWL E-Learning for your own records. You can do this by launching OWL E-Learning from the link below, then click the "Transcript" button. Click "Export" to save all your course enrollment and completion information.

Note: New users will not be granted access to OWL E-Learning after October 12.
