MADD Offers Youth Groups $1,500 for 15 Seconds of Video

As part of MADD’s Power of You(th) underage drinking prevention program, we are seeking submissions from youth for our video contest that speaks to the importance of how today’s decisions about alcohol impact the future. There is still time to enter and cash prizes are always a nice incentive. Can you please help us circulate the attached flyer and the information below to any youth groups and schools you are working with?

$1,500 for 15 seconds!

Drinking before 21 can seriously impact your health, ability to get into college and even future employment opportunities.  It is just not worth it!  MADD’s Power of  You(th) program is asking students and schools to submit a 15 second Instagram video answering the question:  If you don’t drink alcohol today, what could your tomorrow be?

The student submission with the best video answer will win $1,500.  In addition, the school who submits the most entries will also win $1,500! The contest is super simple and a great way to start a prevention conversation.  Please pass this flyer along to youth and encourage participation.  Thank you in advance for your help in getting the flyer out and for all of the work you do every day for youth.

If you have any questions about this flyer or the contest, visit www.madd.org/youthvideo or email Kim Morris, National Program Manager at kim.morris@madd.org.
