New Guidance Document Available for Managing Alcohol at Special Community Events

The Underage Drinking Enforcement Training Center (UDETC) is pleased to announce that the newest distance learning course, Techniques For Managing Special Events, is completed and now available on the UDETC website at http://www.udetc.org/distancelearning.htm.  This 2 hour course identifies the complex nature associated with special events and provides an overview of effective planning, proper management, policy application, and enforcement at the event to reduce youth access to alcohol.

The next course currently under development is on Source Investigations and is scheduled to be released later this fall.  We will be sharing this news with the entire EUDL network in the October 2013 Resource Alert, which will be released next week.  Please feel free to share this exciting news with your EUDL grantees and other enforcement/prevention partners in your states, who are working to address underage drinking-related issues and harms.
