Learning lab: Exploring liberated structures to flatten leadership hierarchy

How can we effectively get deeper, broader engagement in our coalitions? Liberating Structures (LS) can be referred to as a menu, repertoire, or curated collection of facilitation methods that are designed to flatten the leadership hierarchy. All of the methods share a set of core principles, purposes, and organizing elements meant to more widely distribute participation - engaging a fuller range of people's intelligence while tapping into the creative promise of difference. Join the Northwest PTTC for this interactive Learning Lab, using virtual breakout rooms, and discover how LS can help team members, collaborators, and coalition members build trust and a shared commitment to prevent substance misuse. Learning Lab presenters will facilitate a deeper-dive into LS during the 2024 Northwest PTTC Prevention Leadership Academy in September.
