The New Foundations of Prevention Science and the Strategic Prevention Framework is Now Available!

The Prevention Technology Transfer Center Network (PTTC) is excited to announce that the updated version of PTTC's pre-SAPST course, Foundations of Prevention Science and the Strategic Prevention Framework is now live!

You can access the course through the HealtheKnowledge platform here.

This course builds a solid foundation for individuals entering the field of substance misuse prevention, grounding learners in prevention science, evidence-based practices, and SAMHSA's Strategic Prevention Framework before they move on to the more advanced SPF Application for Prevention Success Training (SAPST).

While this course is a required pre-requisite course for SPF Application for Prevention Success Training (SAPST), it can be taken as a stand-alone course.
