Washington Poison Center is your statewide, nonprofit resource on poison prevention and drug safety, serving Washington since 1956. Call the Poison Helpline (1-800-222-1222) in any poison emergency or to ask a question. We are open 24/7/265, free, and confidential.
Our annual Overdose Awareness Series brings together public health and other social services, healthcare, and engaged community members in addressing overdose prevention, response tactics, and harm reduction. Join us in opening dialogue, de-stigmatizing, and promoting awareness of the help available in our communities.
This series is free and held entirely online. Sessions will be held every Tuesday in August: August 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th. Registration will provide access to all 4 days. If you cannot attend live, we will post recordings to our website (www.wapc.org) once the series ends.
