Change Management
Every coalition is navigating change, whether it’s leadership transitions, shifting community needs, or new priorities. However, most of us experience change as something happening to us, instead of something we’re intentionally leading. In this webinar, attendees will explore a practical framework for understanding the two entry points into change (reactive and intentional) and how coalitions can move through both with agency and purpose. You’ll leave with tools to recognize when change is emerging and concrete steps to take.
This webinar will also feature a real-world example demonstrating how shifting from awareness-based activities to evidence-based, environmental strategies requires intentional change management.
This session is part of CADCA’s Competencies in Focus webinar series that explores the competencies that strengthen coalition effectiveness. In this installment, we’re taking a closer look at the Change Management competency.
