Minerva Quarterly New User Training - Q2

Thank you for your interest in Minerva 2.0 at Washington State Health Care Authority. This quarterly training is designed specifically for new users and will provide a comprehensive overview of Minerva 2.0’s functionalities, features, best practices, and supportive resources.

Registration is required. An access link to the Microsoft Teams meeting will be included with your registration confirmation. 

• Day 1: System Foundations
  November 10 from 9:05-4:30 p.m. 
  Introduction to reporting, purpose of Minerva 2.0, system navigation, and start‑of‑year reporting requirements
• Day 2: Reporting Service Delivery
  November 12 from 9:05-4:30 p.m. 
  How to document service delivery, how to record individuals delivering and receiving services
• Day 3: Student Services* 
  November 13 from 9:05-12 p.m. 
  *Day 3 is only required for Student Assistance Professional (SAP) school-based services accounts under Task Order 2 of CPWI 
  Student Assistance Professional (SAP) reporting components, school‑based problem identification and referral reporting

There are additional requirements to complete prior to attending a Quarterly New User Training. Please review the "Getting Started" guidance on the Athena Forum Minerva page, and look for an email from your HCA Prevention System Manager with additional instructions.
