Join us for the 13th Annual National Native Harm Reduction Summit October 14–16, 2025, hosted at White Earth Nation at the Shooting Star Casino & Event Center in Mahnomen, Minnesota.

The National Native Harm Reduction Summit brings together Native and allied harm reduction practitioners, Tribal leaders, researchers, and advocates from across Turtle Island. This annual gathering is a space to share knowledge, strengthen community connections, and co-create healing pathways grounded in culture, dignity, and justice.

Agenda

Tuesday, October 14 & Wednesday, October 15 will feature a full-day agenda including plenary sessions, breakout discussions, and skill-building workshops.

Thursday, October 16 will conclude the Summit with a half-day program, wrapping up by midday to allow for travel and reflection.
