The Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DBHR) is hiring a Policy and Program Manager (Health Care Program Manager) to lead statewide opioid and prescription drug prevention efforts. This role manages strategic grants, community provider contracts, provides training and technical assistance, manages budgets, oversees campaigns, and supports policy development and legislative analysis. Qualified candidates will have experience in public health or prevention, contract and project management, and working with diverse communities (Certified Prevention Professional (CPP) certification required within 6 months of hire).
