Are you, your youth team, coalition, and/or any community members engaged in prevention and interested in attending the 2023 Prevention Summit but are limited in funds to attend? This year, the Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DBHR) has identified funding to provide financial support to prevention professionals and youth to attend the 2023 Prevention Summit!
Requests will be reviewed internally and awarded dependent upon need and availability of funding. DBHR reserves the right to deny an application if questions are not answered sufficiently.
Access the workforce development application form to apply for a registration fee waiver and/or hotel stay. Waivers may include general registration (youth, adult non-chaperone, adult chaperone/team adult advisor) and hotel lodging.
The deadline to apply is Friday, September 15 at 4:00 p.m. Application review is planned to be completed by Friday, September 22, unless otherwise communicated.
If you have any questions about the Prevention Summit workforce development application, please email the planning team.
