A new mental health resource for Washington youth and young adults is now available!

HearMeWA, the Washington State Attorney General's Office's (AGO) newest resource for Washington youth and young adults is now live! This program is designed to help youth experiencing stress, anxiety, bullying, violent threats, sexual abuse, or anything that makes life hard, connect with crisis counselors and receive secure, free support 24/7.

Youth can request help for themselves, friends, or classmates online, by phone, or in the app to be connected with a trained crisis counselor within minutes. Adults concerned about youth can also send a tip online or by phone at 888-537-1634.

AGO invites you to join one of its upcoming learning community information sessions to learn more about the program, what it means to be a tip responder, and help raise awareness for this new resource so youth get the support they need.
