ADAI Summer Intern

ADAI is launching a new summer internship program for UW undergraduates in Seattle, WA interested in working in substance use/addictions, public health, science/health communications, and related fields!

Summer quarter 2026: June 22 – August 14 (8 weeks)
Schedule: 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs)
Hybrid: Remote with some in-person events (in/near Seattle, WA)
Stipend: Approximately $5290 (for 100% FTE)

The first cohort will participate in projects related to an educational campaign to reduce stigma against people who use drugs, preparing for the 2026 Cannabis Research Symposium, and developing information dissemination strategies.
