2026 BIPOC Mental Health Toolkit now available

July is Bebe Moore Campbell National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month, and Mental Health America's 2026 BIPOC Mental Health Toolkit is now available.

This year's toolkit is designed to help communities of color have more good days by finding moments of good despite ongoing stress, strengthening connections in trusted spaces, and supporting everyday mental health conversations. The toolkit is available in both English and Spanish.

Whether you're looking for materials to share in your community, or support for yourself or someone you care about, the toolkit includes ready-to-use resources that can help you:

  • Save time sharing mental health information with ready-to-use messages, social media content, printable educational materials, and outreach resources
  • Start meaningful conversations about mental health with practical tools for checking in with friends, family members, community members, and young people
  • Find information, support, and culturally responsive resources for yourself or someone you care about
