Congratulations to everyone who joined the 2025 Coalition Leadership Institute!
On June 24–25, the Washington State Health Care Authority’s Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery hosted the 2025 Coalition Leadership Institute (CLI), held virtually on Zoom. This year’s CLI focused on Minerva 2.0 and how it supports prevention and mental health promotion efforts across Washington State.
Throughout the two-day event, we provided key updates for the upcoming biennium, shared insights from data dashboards, explored the “whys” behind reporting requirements, and helped coalitions prepare for both reporting and strategic planning for the new biennium. Sessions also emphasized how Minerva 2.0 supports our shared goals and how to navigate the evolving system.
Attendance was strong, with 139 participants from Community Prevention and Wellness Initiative (CPWI) coalition coordinators, educational service district representatives, and HCA staff. Attendees engaged in breakout discussions, heard from the Minerva team, and received answers to common reporting questions.
We’re grateful to all who participated and contributed to the dialogue. The event provided a valuable opportunity to collaborate, align on system goals, and get ready for what’s ahead. If you missed it, be sure to connect with your HCA Prevention Manager to view the agenda and resources to stay informed as we move into the new biennium.
