The Washington Poison Center (WAPC) released its annual report for 2022. The report provides information about the number and types of calls WAPC received, including those related to substance use.

Quick facts:

In 2022, WAPC received a total of 60,826 calls.
The majority of patients were aged 0-5 years.
6,987 (12.9 percent) calls were related to suspected suicide.
1,928 (3.6 percent) calls were related to substance misuse.
