Competencies in focus: Sustainability

Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA) is excited to introduce the launch of a new monthly webinar series, Competencies in Focus. Conducted in partnership with the Center for Public Health Systems Science at Washington University in St. Louis, this series will take a deep dive into the recently launched Coalition Competencies, a research-backed framework that serves as the foundation for successful coalition work.

In this first webinar we'll explore what truly drives sustainability, beyond just funding. We'll break down the eight key areas that are critical to your coalition's future, including partnerships, capacity, evaluation, and more. This webinar will also include a practical example from the field, illustrating how a coalition used planning for sustainability to build lasting partnerships, adapt to challenges, and ultimately thrive.
