Survey for behavioral health providers and schools

The Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction and The Health Care Authority have developed a survey in hopes to better understand the existing relationships, services and needs between schools and behavioral health (mental health and substance use disorder) treatment providers, in addition to gaining an understanding of school based services being offered.

A map of prevention services across the state has been updated to reflect Cohort 6 Community Prevention and Wellness Initiative (CPWI) communities.
