American Medicine Chest Challenge - Permanent Collection Box Campaign

The American Medicine Chest Challenge is excited to announce a new feature on its website that now identifies not only the location and times of American Medicine Chest Challenge days of collection but also permanent collection boxes that are available to community residents throughout the year.

As part of the American Medicine Chest Challenge’s continuing effort to provide a comprehensive resource to residents accross the country on the issue of prescription drug abuse and safe disposal, when visiting state maps, local residents will now be able to identify permanent collection boxes that have been established at local and regional police and sheriff offices.

If your community has a permanent collection box and would like to be included please have your local law enforcement complete and fax back the new Permanent Collection Site form to 973-467-2188. The form can be found at http://www.americanmedicinechest.com/_media/permcollection.pdf. As always this service is free of charge.

In order to promote these sites year round we will be unveiling a date-free version of AMCC's Drug-Dealing Families Campaign and the new AMCC 40 Americans Campaign (above) at the end of this month.
