Prevention Program Manager

Hood River County Health and Prevention is looking for a newly developed program manager for the prevention team. This role will be responsible for planning, implementing and tracking grant-funded prevention programs to meet the needs of the community. This role with ensure projects align with community needs and deliver expected benefits. The selected candidate would attend a variety of meetings, conferences and committees, acting as a prevention program representative. It is important to have knowledge of and interest in the discipline of prevention and prevention science. The selected candidate will be a member of the health and prevention department leadership team.
