We have some exciting and critical updates on Minerva 2.0!

Who:

CPWI and CBO Providers who will be using Minerva 2.0

What:

We have created a timeline that includes key upcoming dates for the Minerva 1.0 to Minerva 2.0 transition including the training schedule. See attached for details.

Action needed:

  1. Training: Beginning February 28, 2022 – March 24, 2022. Please see the attached Timeline with training dates and times.
  • Providers must attend at least one training and may attend multiple trainings. If you have both CPWI and CBO grantees, you must attend CPWI training and you may also attend CBO training; however please note, much of the info will be the same. Everyone is also encouraged to attend a follow-up Minerva TA session to reinforce learning from the training. Lastly, please be aware, there are specific trainings for subcontractors as distinguished in the timeline.
  • Registration Deadline: February 18, 2022
    • How to register: use the links in the attached document. This information will also be available on the Athena Forum Calendar.
    • There is a limit of 35 people per training.
    • Also note, to ensure quality training can be provided, trainings with under 5 people will be cancelled and individuals registered will need to attend another date.
  1. Account set up: Beginning February 14 – 27, 2022
  • Instructions for this process will be sent on February 14, 2022.
  • Setting up accounts is a 2-step process.
    • All Minerva 2.0 users will need to set up an account in Secure Access WA (SAW).
    • After SAW accounts are established and data is migrated, users will be able to connect their SAW account to Minerva 2.0. SAW account email must match Minerva email.

Why:

Providers will need to have accounts and attended one of the above trainings to gain access to Minerva 2.0 and start with data entry!
