As we continue to move forward with the transition from Minerva 1.0 to 2.0, we have some updates to share.

  • Go-live: Minerva 2.0 will be officially launching on Monday, February 28th in conjunction with the first training being offered! Please note, you will not be able to gain access into the new system until you have completed the necessary training(s) and until Step 2 of account set-up has been completed. You will not be able to access Minerva 2.0 until you have completed your first training.
  • SecureAccess Washington (SAW): At this time, please ensure that you have completed Step 1 of the Minerva 2.0 account set-up as outlined in the attached email. Upon completion of your training you will receive instructions and be granted full access to Minerva 2.0.
  • Training: We are getting ready to launch the first training to be held Monday, February 28th. If you have not already, please register for the appropriate training(s) at /training-calendar/month. Please note that at this time, training for the week of February 28th is closed and your prevention manager will be in touch with you to remind you to register for appropriate trainings. Please register ASAP to ensure that you get your preferred training dates. Registration closes the Tuesday the week before the training. See below:

*Please note there are specific trainings for CPWI and CBOs, as well as trainings designated for those of you that are for “subcontractors”. The general trainings for CPWI and CBOs will include information about subcontracting and program review. If you subcontract for services, please attend one of the general trainings. If you do not subcontract for services please attend the trainings indicated as “subcontractors”.

  • Minerva 2.0 TA for CBOs and CPWIs: Don’t forget to plan to attend one of the Technical Assistance sessions following your training for additional information and the opportunity to begin your data entry with live assistance.
  • Data Migration from Minerva 1.0 to Minerva 2.0: The data migration is currently underway and going well! We expect to know more about the results of data migration by early next week and will be reviewing the data that has been migrated. Minerva 1.0 will continue to remain closed to data entry however continues to remain open through the end of March to allow Providers (and managers) to run reports as needed. Upon completion of migration, we will let you know if there is any further action needed on your part.
  • February 2022 data entry and invoicing: Data for prevention services through January 2022 was due in Minerva 1.0 by February 8th and data for services from February 2022 forward, will be entered into the new system following your successful completion of the required training(s) and account set-up. From there, subsequent invoicing for February services and forward will be able to take place. We will continue to provide direction on data entry into the new system as we move forward.
