  1. Explore connections between the big 3 lifestyle behaviors (i.e., breakfast eating (nutrition), sleep duration & physical activity and mental health problems and behaviors among US high school adolescents using YRBS data (2019).
  2. Review research examining healthy lifestyle behaviors, including diet and breakfast eating, sleep and physical activity and mental health indicators.
  3. Identify practice implications for youth-serving professionals and parents.
