Community-based Prevention Services RFA for 2015
The State of Washington, Department of Social and Health Services, Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DSHS/DBHR) intends to secure up to twenty (20) contracts with community-based organizations to serve high need communities in Washington State to provide quality and culturally competent replications of evidence-based, research-based and promising substance abuse prevention programs in accordance with RCW 69.50.530. Priority scoring will be given to serve high-need communities. Organizations are encouraged to partner with existing community coalitions and Community Prevention and Wellness Initiative (CPWI) Community Coalitions when possible.
