The CPWI workforce survey was created by the CPWI Workforce Subcommittee as the first-ever baseline survey for CPWI coalition coordinators and SAPs. The goals of the survey are to:
- Identify factors that increase job satisfaction and equity.
- Publicly disseminate aggregate findings while preserving individual participant anonymity.
- Present findings and recommendations to HCA, ESDs, and other organizations affiliated with CPWI, including fiscal agents.
To preserve participate anonymity, the survey will not ask about county or ESD location, the identity of the coordinator’s prevention system manager or fiscal agent, or collect any IP address data.
Please note, the survey takes 11–15 minutes to complete and should only be taken by the prevention workforce within CPWI.
