Community Prevention and Wellness Initiative (CPWI) DMA Enhancement

DSHS/DBHR has committed funds to current CPWI communities to administer enhancement services according to an approved program list (included in packet). Contractors shall complete a Community Prevention and Wellness Initiative (CPWI) DMF/DMA Enhancement Funding Packet within 30 days of executed contract and submit to DSHS contact on page 1 of their Contract.
