Strategic Planning: Processing skills and effective meetings

This training is part of the comprehensive CPWI Strategic Planning Series. 

This training provides an opportunity to explore and practice skills that support prevention work. Participants will practice creating a clear, compelling prevention pitch, explore ideas for recruiting and keeping members engaged, learn tips for planning and running effective meetings, and discuss ways to navigate common group challenges and conflict.

Required for HCA Staff and Coordinators unless otherwise approved by HCA prevention manager. Attendance is encouraged regardless of experience.
