Conflict competency

In this session, we will practice applying key skills in the context of hypothetical conflicts. Participants will practice responding to challenging moments and will provide real-time feedback to each other to enhance their learning.

About the presenter: Elizabeth Williamson joined the Washington State Department of Health in June 2022, as the Leader Development Experience Manager. Previously, she worked at The Evergreen State College, where she served as a faculty member, teaching mentor, and administrator. These experiences, together with her training as a certified mediator, fuel her passion for designing meaningful professional development activities that support employees in meeting their learning and career goals.
