Presenter: Michael Sparks M.A. is an Alcohol Policy Specialist and President of SparksInitiatives. His primary interest is assisting communities to implement evidence-based environmental strategies to reduce alcohol and other drug problems. Michael is currently working with Johns Hopkins University, Wake Forest University, Texans Standing Tall, Centers for Disease Control, St. Joseph’s Healthcare Foundation, Health Foundation of South Florida and Paso del Norte Health Foundation on a range of public health issues.
