Webinar: Caring for self, caring for others: Mindfulness and compassion practices for times like these
If we’ve learned anything from this year, it’s that compassion and care are central to our public health mission. As we move into a post-pandemic world, mindfulness and compassion practices can support us in daily and ongoing ways. This 45 minute session will offer an opportunity to experience both a mindfulness and a compassion practice, and critical research on how compassion supports resilience, self-awareness, trust and connection.
