The Prevention System Manager (PSM) works in the Substance Use Disorder Prevention and Mental Health Promotion Section at Health Care Authority. Washington State is a national leader in delivering evidence-based primary prevention services to youth, individuals, and families. In this role, the PSM will support safe and healthy communities across Washington to delay and reduce the onset of youth substance use and misuse. The PSM will be responsible for providing culturally appropriate technical assistance and contract monitoring of prevention programs and strategies implemented by contractors statewide. As a PSM, you will have a unique opportunity to engage with state workgroups, key partnerships and experts in the SUD prevention and mental health promotion field, and lead a minimum of one key project or initiative that has a statewide impact on communities.
