Elements of Effective Practice for Mentoring

MENTOR Washington is hosting a 2-day training on the Elements of Effective Practice for Mentoring on October 6th and 7th from 9am to 2pm each day. This training will cover each of the 6 Elements (Recruitment, Screening, Training, Matching, Monitoring and Support, and Closure) and the best-practice benchmarks within each element. This comprehensive training is for anyone that is a mentor program provider, and anyone looking to start a mentor program. Participants will also receive tools and resources to take with them. MENTOR Washington and MENTOR Minnesota staff will be the presenters.
