The thrid hour will feature presenters from the Department of Health's Youth Cannabis & Commercial Tobacco Prevention Program. There will be a discussion of cannabis and commercial tobacco policies in WA state, local control, and an overview of the recently released Washington State Commercial Tobacco Prevention and Control Five-Year Strategic Plan.
