LCB action: E2SSB 5367 ("THC bill") rulemaking workshops

As part of the Liquor and Cannabis Board’s (LCB) ongoing rulemaking to implement the legislation, the agency is holding a series of virtual rule workshops in March and April to discuss and gather feedback from interested parties on draft proposed rule language that is being considered.

National Impaired Driving Prevention Month

National Impaired Driving Prevention Month is observed every December to educate the public about the risks of driving impaired and encourage drivers to make responsible choices on the road. Impaired driving is often discussed in relation to alcohol but includes operating a vehicle under the influence of any harmful substance, including cannabis, opioids, and other drugs.
