The CCSAP Annual Conference and Professional Development Meeting

Jenna Parisi and her colleagues at Gonzaga will be hosting the conference this year as CCSAP returns to Eastern Washington!

Details on registration and exact times will be sent out in April, but we will have the chance to hear from the following speakers (again, exact topics and titles will be confirmed as the event approaches):

Joe Labrie

Loyola Marymount University (and proud Gonzaga alum!)

A presentation addressing innovative and new strategies for social norms feedback

Tom Vander Ven

Ohio University

Two presentations!

(1)  An update on his groundbreaking research and book, “Getting Wasted: Why College Students Drink Too Much and Party So Hard.”

Plus…

(2)  An exploration of new research on bystander intervention and prevention efforts to address sexual assault and recognizing consent

Mary Segawa

Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board

After a phenomenal presentation for CCSAP immediately following marijuana legalization, this presentation will consider how we have changed, what we have seen, and thoughts about where we’re going, with a focus on what it means for college campuses.

Stay tuned for registration details, but save the date in the mean time!!!
